Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy covers per‑session enrollments and monthly subscriptions purchased on IISRESET Academy.
2. Per‑Session Enrollments
- Eligible: Full refund if a session is cancelled by the teacher or if platform‑side technical issues prevented access.
- Not eligible: Missed sessions due to personal scheduling or local connectivity issues.
- Reschedule: If rescheduled, your enrollment automatically moves to the new time; request a refund if you cannot attend.
3. Subscriptions (Monthly)
- 7‑day first‑use window: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no classes were attended.
- No pro‑rata: After attending any class or after 7 days (whichever is earlier), refunds are not pro‑rated.
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime to stop future billing periods (if enabled for your plan).
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@iisreset.in from your registered email.
- Include order ID, date, and reason (e.g., cancellation, access issue).
- We may ask for basic diagnostics for access issues (timestamp, screenshot, error ID).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank/gateway.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback while your request is under review, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We will share attendance and access logs with the gateway/bank as required.
6. Exceptions
- Abuse, fraud, or violation of Terms of Service voids refund eligibility.
- Institutional or custom contracts may have negotiated refund terms which supersede this policy.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated via email.
